0.1 – 5mm wire diameter weaving
If your product has space or weight constraints, our woven cables offer a flexible and lightweight solution, manufactured in a flat, compact format with increased tensile strength.
Developed by Tekdata Interconnections over 50 years, woven cables can now be found in many advanced systems; favoured for their configuration possibilities, versatility, and repeatability.
We have the ability to weave wire as small as .1mm in diameter, allowing us to build 100 wires into an assembly measuring just 25.4mm by .6mm.
Woven ribbon cable is 100% configurable to user requirements and available in very short runs. Wire types including single and multi-core. Fibre optics, tubes and small hydraulic pipes can also be mixed within the weave.
